MISSION
Our mission is to foster a culture of trust between law enforcement officers and the people they serve by opening a door for dialog and providing information and training that enhances policing professionalism at the local, state, tribal, and federal levels.
METHOD
The ICP is a 503(c)(3) organization that provides consulting services in implementing the ICP Constitutional Policing Model for an agency, including policy and training development.
